Bosly uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI's services) to provide features such as automated replies, task suggestions, and financial summaries. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before acting upon it. You retain full responsibility for all actions taken based on AI suggestions.
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings, which will delete your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bosly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any financial loss arising from reliance on AI-generated suggestions or tax calculations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Users in the United States are additionally subject to applicable US federal and state law. Users in Canada are subject to applicable federal and provincial law. Users in Australia are subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
